Is there a ghost in my house?

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH IT! if its a bad spirit you will make it worse. when these "things" happen do you feel threatened? if so then leave it be and dont acknowledge it. if thing get worse in any way contact a paranormal investigator. if you dont feel threatened then its either your mind playing tricks on you or a harmless spirit just saying hi
