I had my 2cd c-section on 13-4-11 an was sterilised at sametime but im worried something is wrong?

my 1st child was born naturaly on 30-5-08 my 2cd by c-section on 24-12-09 an my 3rd child by c-section on 13-4-11 i was also sterilised at same ie tubes cut. ive been in alot of pain since an my postpartrum bleeding stopped around 4wks ago. an even tho it was very painful n kept stopping n starting it wernt as heavy as i thought i went hosp with the stopping an starting bit an they said i had endometriotis around my scar tissue but ever since i had my son ive been in pain and struggling to go number 2 i havnt been for past 10days :( an i havnt ad a period yet but hav ad lots of unprotected sex i cnt be pregnant can i?
