Should I be a Physician Assistant or Doctor?

I am currently a junior in college and I have a 3.25, I was pre-med but recently switched to pre-PA because I thought it may be easier/quicker and I want to have kids so it seems like a better option? I've taken a year of general chemistry w/ labs, a year of biology w labs, ochem 1 w/ lab, and I am taking biochem this summer. The only thing I haven't taken that I would need for the MCAT is physics 1 and 2 and ochem 2, but I don't need that for PA school. However, on a lot of the web sites (I am looking into Emory, Mercer, and Medical College of GA) it says you need at least 2000 hours of hands-on patient care, which I don't have and I don't know how I will get that many hours while being in college, because hands-on patient care means a nursing assistant, phlebotomist, or something that requires additional schooling. I don't know exactly what specialty I would choose, but I am interested in Dermatology and I am just wondering if anyone on here is a PA or a doctor that could tell me which one sounds like a better option for me and/or if they are happy with their decision? Also, state your specialty and if you are happy with it. Thanks!
