How can I meet Johnny Depp?

I love him!! And he's always coming to Puerto Rico but I never get the chance to meet him or at least see him!! DX Doesnt anyone know how often he comes or where he stays(hotel)?! I loved him since I was 9 and Im now 16! So it'll really be a dream come true!! And if someone knows a way to communicate with him, the real him!, plz TELL ME!!
