Georgia Tech or Emory?

I've been accepted to both Georgia Tech and Emory University. I'm planning on going into computer science and getting a masters in it. I'm trying to decide which college would be the better choice. I would also have to pay approximately 5,000 more to go to Georgia Tech, would it be worth it?
