I have swallowed my tongue ring, what do I do?

This is so embarrassing but I was eating dinner and then swallowed some food and my mouth felt weird. Realized my tongue ring is gone, I've swallowed it! What do I do? Is there an easy way to try puke it out? Otherwise its coming out the other end which kinda freaks me out. Its 9pm here so gotta wait until tomorrow to get a new one. If I can puke it out I'll sterilize it and put it in for now, I know tongue rings can close up easily. Thanks for the help
