Is it possible for a female cat to get pregnant after being sterilised?

I doubt it is medically possible without a uterus for a cat. There have been very rare cases in humans where a fetus has grown in the abdominal cavity outside the uterus. If it is possible for the cat it would require surgery as there is no way she could give birth naturally. Have to wonder if it may be a false pregnancy. I can absolutely see her going into heat she is still producing hormones with that missed ovary. I would take her to see a vet preferably someone other than the one who spayed her.
