Is it normal to STILL be on a wait list in June?

I applied as an incoming freshman and got wait-listed to Emory University and they haven't contacted me since May 17. I haven't received any rejection letters from them so I was wondering if it's normal or if I'm just delusional. Emory's wait list activity was supposed to conclude on June 1 and it's already June 15.
