I got accepted into great colleges, but can't afford them?

Hello, I'm a 12 th grade right now, and I got accepted to good colleges Dartmouth, Duke, Emory, WUSL, Vanderbilt, UGA(public can get there for 10,000 k a year). I want to do pre-med. I can't afford does private league schools, I'm also wait listed for Stanford. I cant afford does private colleges, should I take loans or go to UGA or GA tech which i can save a lot of money on? I would like to be an orthopedic surgeon when I grow up.
