How should I act with a guy I haven't seen in a year?

I have a huge crush on this guy I haven't seen for a year. what should I wear when I see him, how should I do my hair, and how should I act? he is french and doesn't speak English very well, and I'm American and don't speak French very well but we manage to communicate. we are going to have lunch and I'm 13. thanks so much!
