Help with college!!!?

I have a question. Today I got my SAT scores back. I got a 1360. This includes writing, reading, and math. 440-reading 450-Math 470-Writing. I really want to go to UGA, Georgia Tech, or Emory. But are these scores good enough. Also, I do have a 4.0 GPA. And I do volunteer in the community. I probably have 20 hours of community service and I do have my chapter degree in fffa and greenhand degree. Thanks.
