Boyfriend wants to transfer to my college..but he's in a better school now?

If you did it last year you can do it again! :) My husband and I dated for five years before marriage. We spent two of those years separated for college. If your love for each other is strong enough, you will make it through! Just make sure that you do all that you can during the week so that on the weekends he can come home, every second is his. It can work I am living proof! :)
